Just on the Comfort Challenge... I started my month free of alchohol, caffiene and unhealthy food on the 1st of July and so far so good. But, I just wanted to share this with you. Originally I had intended on starting on the Monday just gone. Why? Because I had a big event to attend on the Saturday night which I had been planning to go to for months. It was going to be a big party atmosphere, heaps of people attending, beer, wine and champagne aplenty. I was speaking to my business coach (Tim Callcott) about my challenge, and he pointed out that I would be challenging myself more by starting my challenge before the weekend and getting into the party atmosphere without the abovementioned vices (beer/wine and bad food). What could I say??

There are 2 parts to this lesson - number 1 is having someone to challenge you and number 2 is having the discipline to actually do it.
